Mário Seixas's farm is a family run farm about 30 km from Demonstration City. They've been farming there since 1950. They grow a range of traditional vegetables on their 12 hectares, from pumpkins and brassicas to seasonal salads.
John Smith's farm is a certified organic farm about 40 km from Demonstration City. They grow grain and a range of traditional vegetables on their 42 hectares.
Maria and Anthony Brown's farm is a certified organic farm about 25 km from Demonstration City. They've been farming there since 1995 and are best known for their fantastic oranges.
